The peaceful walk behind the hotel was a perfect way to unwind, and I loved being able to catch a glimpse of the northern lights nearby! Just a heads up, the bed was a bit snug for two, but overall I had an amazing experience. 🌟

The hotel's location allowed for easy access to Svinafellsjokull via a scenic trail. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of delicious vegan options.

Staying here was fantastic, especially because the location is perfect for outdoor activities! We took a wonderful hike to the glacier right behind the hotel and couldn't have asked for a better base for our adventures. Plus, the rooms were clean, which is a must when traveling with family and my aunt.

My wife says that the rooms could really use more space for families. It’s quite cramped, making it hard to manage luggage and the kids’ gear, especially after a long day of exploring.
